The Dugan Kinetics VCQ Program

In 2009 Dugan Kinetics began a flight test program titled, VCQ Program. An acronym for "Verify - Certify - Quantify", the VCQ Program was developed to provide further information to MD-80 owners/operators before official market introduction.
