EP-80 Ejector/TR Weight Savings

Most modifications for the MD-80 add weight. A thrust reverser (TR) does not normally contribute to performance other than helping slow down the airplane during landing. This new modification adds an additional function to bootstrap the exhausted kinetic energy to augment thrust without adding weight.
